- Base Life Insurance - Tom James provides a £10,000 base life insurance policy at no cost (it is a taxable benefit) to the employee. Eligibility starts on the first of the month following the 42nd day of active full employment.
- Voluntary Group Life Insurance - You can opt to take out additional life insurance for you, your partner and your children. The premiums vary according to age range and level of coverage. Coverage starts on the first of the month following the 42nd day of active full employment.
- Private Healthcare - Comprehensive Group health coverage with a leading private healthcare provider is available for you at no cost (it is a taxable benefit). Coverage starts immediately. You can opt to add family members on at the reduced group rates. The cost of the premiums varies according to age.
- Long Term Disability - An optional insurance you can sign up for at group rates, which pays a benefit in the event of you being unable to work for more than 30 days due to accident or personal illness. Tom James pays 50% of the premium.
- Pension - You will be eligible to enrol in the Company's Group Personal Pension plan upon the completion of your probationary period (training and first three months of sales). Company contributions will be made on a percentage basis of your gross monthly earnings. The Company will in addition match 20% of any employee contributions.
- Stock Options:
- $5000 on joining the company
- $2.40 for every unit sold during your first year
- $5000 - $20,000 depending on level of sales achievement
- Stock given as "Evergreen Options"

- Promissory Note - 0% interest credit to enable initial purchase of clothing.
- Clothing Allowance - Initially used to repay promissory note, thereafter can be used to purchase further clothing.
- Sales Award Trip - Destination and duration dependant of level of sales achieved
- Season Ticket Loan - Available upon completion of 6 months service. An annual ticket, repayable monthly at 0% interest, equating to a saving of the cost of 1 ½ months travel.
- Holiday Allowance - 20 days in the calendar year.
