Each of us deserves to be recognized when we perform well. At Tom James we are recognized and valued for our achievements, and for the ideas we contribute. At every opportunity, the Leadership of Tom James has formed the habit of recognizing those in the front lines who create the new growth of our company
Twice each year, we hold a week-long International Meeting where we receive training
and updates on new products, refocus on our mission and goals, as well
as spend some recreational time with our coworkers. At our July National
Meeting, outstanding employees are presented with an award that recognizes
their achievements.
In addition, twice each year there are Awards trips for our Top Performers.
We send our people to exotic and luxurious holiday spots where we can relax
with our colleagues and spouses and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Because
these trips are based on growth, many people achieve these trips in their
first and second year!
